Quiz Bowl Tryouts

Open tryouts for all new and returning members will be this Friday (Sept. 13) after school in Mr. Oakes' room from 3:00 - 4:00.

Mock Trial Signup

Sign-ups for the Mock Trial Team are now open! This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop critical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the legal system.
What is Mock Trial?
Mock Trial is a simulated court trial where students take on the roles of attorneys, witnesses, and other courtroom personnel. You will work together to prepare and present cases, competing against other schools in a realistic courtroom setting.
How to Sign Up
Interested students should fill out the sign-up form by Sept 6th. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn and participate actively.

Principal's Message

Welcome to the Wheelersburg High School website. I am very proud to be the principal of such an excellent school. We have many strong traditions here at WHS, including academic, athletic and co-curricular programs. Our students are challenged each and every day by a wonderful staff that cares deeply about preparing them for their futures. We offer a diverse curriculum that includes general, college prep, as well as advanced placement (AP) courses. Students can also choose to join many clubs and organizations that help them to develop lifelong leadership skills. Our athletic programs are very successful and our community support of these programs is tremendous. Our fine arts programs are also very successful and continue to grow each year.
We are very proud of our facilities here at the Wheelersburg Local Schools. We have a beautiful K-12 campus that is equipped with all of the modern amenities needed to deliver a top-notch education to our students in a safe, comfortable setting.
