College Credit Plus Program | Shawnee State University If you are using a school chromebook, do not click on the Mature Content Form link; there is an issue and it will erase all of your answers. You can submit the application without the Mature Content Form. You may pick up a Mature Content Form in the guidance office. The deadline is April 1.

Ohio University Southern 2025-2026 College Credit Plus application
Application Procedures and Deadlines | Ohio University. Students should complete the online application and not the PDF. The application deadline for fall is June 1 and for Summer is April 1.
Ohio University Southern Accuplacer
Students can register for an Accuplacer test by visiting www.registerblast.com/ous and selecting “Placement Test” and inputting their information. If you have questions, please call 740.533.4622.

Accuplacer for Southern State's MATH 2281 - Introductory Statistics
Students who are interested in taking MATH 2281 (Introductory Statistics) at the high school should reply to this email. A representative from Southern State will be at Wheelersburg High School on April 15 to administer the math portion of the Accuplacer.
