Drive to Succeed Program
Drive to Succeed is a state grant program of the Department of Public Safety's Ohio Traffic Safety Office (OTSO) aiming to expand access to teen and young adult driver training (those who are 15 1/2 - 20 years old). The grant funds scholarships for qualifying students to access and complete driver education. Ohio residents aged 15 1/2 to 20 years who qualify for SNAP are eligible to apply for a scholarship. - Identification (you must take one): Driver's License, Driver's Permit, or State ID. If you do not have one of these, students will need to complete the student ID form they receive from Shawnee State when they sign up for the test. If you have questions, please contact SSU at [email protected].
- Bring your results to the guidance office after the test
ACT
March 6 is the regular registration deadline to take the April 11 ACT. Go to actstudent.org to register. Juniors and seniors who receive free or reduced lunch should see Mrs. Davis for a fee waiver.
2026-2027 Shawnee State University College Credit Plus Application
Go to College Credit Plus Program | Shawnee State University to apply. Do not click on the Mature Content Form items at the bottom of the application. This will delete your answers. You can submit without the Mature Content Form items. April 1 deadline.
